The automatic DRMS service charge is a small platform sustainability fee charged in Ghana cedis. It is different from any agent fee or statutory deduction and helps cover platform hosting, maintenance, SMS/USSD, cybersecurity, support, monitoring and upgrades. The statutory deduction is simulated and subject to approved government policy. The automatic service charge is configurable and capped by policy.
