The automatic DRMS service charge is a small platform sustainability fee charged in Ghana cedis. It is different from any agent fee or statutory deduction and helps cover platform hosting, maintenance, SMS/USSD, cybersecurity, support, monitoring and upgrades. Statutory deduction values are shown as policy estimates until an approved collection workflow is connected.
